Week 2: Independent Study & Personalised Exercise Plan

Location: Online & Home Based

In week 2 of our transformative 4-week course, participants will engage in a short but enriching online individual study session crafted to reinforce the invaluable lessons learned during the in-person session in Week 1. You’ll dive deeper into the core concepts, solidify newfound skills, and ensure lasting understanding as you progress along your journey to mastering confidence and overcoming fear.

Additionally, during week 2, participants will start to work individually with their horse on their individual, personalised plan practising their exercises when riding. Week 2 is about keeping up the momentum and progressing towards your individual goals that were set in week 1.

Week 2 provides particpants with an opportunity to apply their newfound knowledge and skills in real-life scenarios with their horse.
