Week 3

In Week 3 of our "Riding Strong" program, participants will continue to work towards their goals with their horse and riding and then also come together for an invigorating online group session, marking a pivotal point in our transformative journey.

This session is dedicated to collectively reviewing progress made thus far, celebrating successes, and addressing any challenges or issues that may arise. Our experienced BHS qualified performance coach will lead the session and be on hand to support and advise. This session is also about fosters support, and shared experiences, creating a safe space for open discussion and constructive feedback.

Throughout the session, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their individual journeys this far, sharing insights, breakthroughs, and triumphs achieved since beginning the program. Together, we'll troubleshoot any obstacles encountered, offering practical solutions and tailored guidance to ensure continued progress towards personal goals. This session will cotinue to reinforce the principles of resilience, determination, and growth mindset instilled throughout the "Riding Strong" program.
